Jeff has 14 years of strength & conditioning experience in Major League Baseball with the Brewers (2006-2015), Reds (2003-2005) and Pirates (2002) organizations, the last 10 years with the Brewers as their Minor League Strength & Conditioning Coordinator. He has also worked for a total of 4 years as a strength & conditioning coach at the Division III and Community College levels.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree & Master’s Degree from UW-La Crosse in Exercise & Sport Science / Human Performance. His certifications include the CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), RSCC (Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach), USAW (United States Weightlifting) and Functional Movement Screen certified.
Jeff trains clients on how to lose body fat, get strong and move pain-free. He teaches adults and youth from beginners to competitive athletes. Jeff and his wife Orla have three kids
Erika was raised in the mountain west but has lived in Wisconsin since 2005. Enjoying fitness throughout her life, she decided to help others and become certified through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) in 2020. Erika is excited to offer training services at MoHo Fitness where she promotes losing body fat, functional movements and healthy lifestyles. She will be teaching classes for adults and youth of all training levels. Erika and her husband Jeremy live in Mount Horeb and have four kids.
